The family dynamic and team work that not many places of employment offer. The team we are building, I truly enjoy getting the chance to watch every employee grow their personal lives and their professional careers. We are surrounded by Rock Stars.

What do you like about being an Employee of Greybeard Automotive ?
Good working environment. Everybody has a part to play in the success of the business. The environment that is built around here allows everyone to feel like they are part of the bigger picture. I have worked for this family for 13 years.

Extreme sports, Building things with my hands. Scotty enjoys camping, riding around with family and friends in my SXS and various four wheelers. Scotty recently got into Snowmobiling and enjoy that most of the crew here at Greybeard ride as well.

What do you like about being an Employee of Greybeard Automotive ?
This is my second family!! As a group there is no problem too big. We all come together and overcome any problem. We are always going to training and keep up to snuff on whats new in the automotive industry. I really love being on top of what I am doing. If the question is “WHAT I DON’T LIKE?” This would have been a blank page. Oh and I like cooking cajun for the team at our Wednesday family lunches.

Flexibility in jobs and schedule, we work 4-10’s. I’m less than 10 minutes from work. Some jobs are very fun. We’ve built a good customer base. The Greybeard team is always moving forward. Great Boss and Owners

Some of my hobbies include hunting, fishing, cruising around on back roads, reading, but mostly my time is with my son, he is 3 years old and his name is Wyatt.

What do you like about being an Employee of Greybeard Automotive ?
One of the things I enjoy most about working at Greybeard is how family oriented everyone is. We aren’t just a crew working together, it has turned into a family that extends past the walls of the business, wether it be if someone needs help or just to have fun. Even while working, everyone knows how to make it enjoyable to be here. Coming from very little background in teh automotive world, everyone has been patient, kind and helpfull as they teach me all of these new things. And my boss is Awesome!!!

The great outdoors. I love snowmobiling, I just got my first sled this past winter and love going riding, and now the shop is all starting to ride I can’t wait for winter. I enjoy hanging out with friends and family. I also am Zeta’s owner, the big hound dog that greets everybody at the door.

What do you like about being an Employee of Greybeard Automotive ?
I love the family atmosphere we have. We all get along, and we work really well together. When we are not at work and link up with each other, we party hardy together and enjoy each others company.
