ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Seeking a technician with 3-5 years of Automotive Experience.  We are a fast-moving fast-paced shop that is looking for a technician who values personal growth, honesty, and integrity.  We are the first shop in the State of Montana with an in-house nationally accredited technical training program.  We grow our own.    We are not looking to fill this position with an entry-level skill set.  We are looking for a technician with experience who can further assist our program in training and mentoring new technicians entering the field.   Because of this, we are looking for specific character traits.  Strong diagnostic skills in all phases of Automotive repair are required.

We are also the first fully digital shop in the State of Montana as well.  All technicians have their own I-pads, no more going to a time clock for punching in and out of jobs.  All jobs are dispatched through the computer.  No more paperwork, no more notes.  We offer digital video and picture updates to our customers as we proceed through the repair process.  We believe in 100% transparent presentation of our findings to the customer.  Educate the customer and let the customer make educated decisions.

• Training/travel provided (some after-hours training required – not paid)
• 4 Day/10 Hour Rotating Work Schedule (once training is complete)
• Pay 25-40.00 Per hour plus benefits.  Base Hourly guarantee with bonus on production (Paid weekly) and Bonus on Trainee production
• Pay increase based on training advancements and attitude

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 Years of Automotive experience
• Clean Driving Record Must!!
• Presentable Appearance (Clean Cut)
